چکیده
We present an imaging pipeline to achieve enhanced images of the interior concrete from ground penetrating radar (GPR) and ultrasonic echo array (UEA) measurements. This work lays foundation for advanced yet practical tool assess structures. Specifically, we propose two-dimensional (2D) total focusing method (XTFM) reconstruct raw GPR UEA data. The proposed XTFM algorithm integrates (TFM) synthetic aperture technique (SAFT) concepts post-process large independent interelement measurements both modalities in a computationally efficient way. Furthermore, introduce novel 2D image fusion using wavelet multilevel decomposition NDT knowledge-based rule fuse images. then compare our with conventional algorithms such as averaging, maximum, product. results three laboratory reference specimens are evaluated detail. fused compared each other well benchmarked original output obtained is structures that eases interpretation by human inspector it has potential improve computer vision analysis algorithms.

investigating the feasibility of a proposed model for geometric design of deployable arch structures
deployable scissor type structures are composed of the so-called scissor-like elements (sles), which are connected to each other at an intermediate point through a pivotal connection and allow them to be folded into a compact bundle for storage or transport. several sles are connected to each other in order to form units with regular polygonal plan views. the sides and radii of the polygons are...
A Concrete Chinese NLP Pipeline
Natural language processing research increasingly relies on the output of a variety of syntactic and semantic analytics. Yet integrating output from multiple analytics into a single framework can be time consuming and slow research progress. We present a CONCRETE Chinese NLP Pipeline: an NLP stack built using a series of open source systems integrated based on the CONCRETE data schema. Our pipe...
متن کامل3D Microwave Imaging Technology For Damage Detection of Concrete Structures
Various nondestructive evaluation (NDE) techniques have been studied to locate steel rebars or dowel, and to detect invisible damage such as voids and cracks inside concrete and debonding between rebars and concrete caused by corrosions and earthquakes. In this study, the authors developed 3-dimensional (3D) electromagnetic (EM) imaging technology to detect such damage and to identify exact loc...
متن کاملEquilibrium condition nonlinear modeling of a cracked concrete beam using a 2D Galerkin finite volume solver
A constitutive model based on two–dimensional unstructured Galerkin finite volume method (GFVM) is introduced and applied for analyzing nonlinear behavior of cracked concrete structures in equilibrium condition. The developed iterative solver treats concrete as an orthotropic nonlinear material and considers the softening and hardening behavior of concrete under compression and tension by using...
متن کاملvariation theorems for dynamic analysis of 2d structures
in this paper, the rayleigh's quotient and the inverse vector iteration method are presented. the latter approach helps to obtain the natural frequencies and mode shapes of a structure. inverse vector iteration method with shifting enables to determine the higher modes. some basic theorems of linear algebra are presented and extended to study the free vibration of structures. the variation...
